Pomerol Perks

At Pomerol, we work to create an environment where creative and dedicated people feel at home, providing them with the means, the opportunities and the support so that they can give their best. This journey offers you opportunities to rapidly build your craft, work and travel internationally - and for the select, a path to equity partnership. Respecting the structure, working with grit and humility, will ensure more doors will open. Before we can serve our clients, we serve each other. We treat every task and challenge with that mindset. If this sounds like a company you'd align with, we are excited to speak with you.

Global Travel Opportunities

Travel sharpens your mind and shifts your perspective. It gives you the chance to meet colleagues face to face and truly be immersed into another culture.  We are especially proud of our Global Employee Exchange program. Twice a year, we create opportunities for our consultants to travel to another core location of ours.  For instance, recently we had two developers from Portugal travel to Chicago, as well as one senior consultant from Denver travel to Portugal.

Path to Partner

There a clear path from Consultant to Partner here at Pomerol for the taking.

Scott Duthie was promoted to Partner in 2021, with Tim Watson following in 2022.  There is room at the table for those with the grit, resourcefulness and results driven mindset to grow the firm to the next level.

Team Culture

We work really hard, and we like to have fun! Twice a year we gather together for an in-person team reunion in Chicago.  We’ve done all sorts of activities, from an architecture boat tour to Whirlyball and bowling.  We enjoy getting to know each other and looking out for one another.
