Automated supplier invoice reconciliation platform
Implemented a transmission and utilities supply business, automated supplier invoice reconciliation platform, with full data lineage and audit capability. This business makes heavy use of third party suppliers of metering and domestic gas/electricity services. Upwards of 17000 suppliers need to be managed, and the existing manual approach was leading to unacceptable revenue leakage through inaccurate invoice reconciliation, and in some cased supplier “gaming” of the system.
Data Management Controls
Implemented an automated smart meter data management and set of business controls for invoice reconciliation in a complex Smart metering regulatory environment, for a Scandinavian subsidiary of a major European Electricity utility company. The experience we have gains in the Scandinavian smart metering regulator environment, arguably the most advanced in Europe, is now being used to help us advise UK based utilities on the best practices during the implementation of Smart Metering data management solutions.
We have implemented an innovative cloud hosted customer360 analytics platform that allows MVNO’s to gain actionable intelligence on the performance of their business, without the need to source their own Billing system, or a number of complex and expensive customer experience management and service performance reporting platforms. We’ve built a light touch, cloud hosted and highly secure MVNO service performance analytics platform, that takes in Billing xDR’s and transforms the data in the various xDR fields into actionable intelligence on the business.
This hosted solution, which includes storage, analytics, and wrap around telecommunications expert services, can be charged on a monthly or yearly basis, and allows MVNO’s to perform evidenced based decisions on how to improve the profitability of the business, without resorting to crippling up front CAPEX expenditure.
