As a remote-first company, we build our team connection daily through Teams and What’s App chats, video calls and coworking sessions in our hub locations. Our whole team comes together at least twice per year for a retreat, with breakout team meetups at our Chicago “Campbell House” as needed.  We enjoy working from home (or the coffee shop, etc.), but also love an opportunity for a road trip or flight to connect in person with our colleagues and clients.  We believe in high flexibility, high accountability with schedules and responsiveness.
